For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.

To comply with patient record keeping, physiotherapy patient records are securely kept for eight years and are not shared with third parties without written consent from the patient.

Email addresses are retained as long as you remain a subscriber to the email list unless we cancel the list. You do have the rights around this data and you can also use the ‘unsubscribe’ option on every email if you wish to stop receiving emails at any time.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
